Description: Rectangular frame with a smaller rectangle inside surrounding a composition of intersecting lines. All verticals and horizontals have spirals of iron peeling off to create a curving contrast to the rectilinear composition.

Provenance/Ownership History: 1925-26, made and owned by Samuel Yellin Metalworkers Company, Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania; 2007, purchased by Bruce Barnes of the American Decorative Art 1900 Foundation, New York, New York from Samuel Yellin Metalworkers Co.); 2008, given by Bruce Barnes to the MFA.
