The moonstone surmount is framed by lapis scrolls with onyz accents set with 63 old European and 6 baguette diamonds weighing 2.05 carats. On the reverse, the watch dial with Breguet numeral chapters is signed "Janesich." The label pinstem, possibly a replacement, has a partial French maker's mark and French gold guarantee. The watch movement has not been inspected; thought to be by Vacheron Constantin.
