Description: This necklace is made up of antique Chinese hair ornaments of Kingfisher feathers laminated to gilt silver peony petals and butterflies. According to the artist, the symbols here illustrate the "...flower of the 'yang,'" as well as "love, affection, and eternal spring" while the butterfly represents "joy and conjugal felicity."
