Description: Off-white vest with pink trim. Circle patches in floral fabrics applied to front and back. Interior label: "KOOS VAN DER AKKER NEW YORK DEN HAAG" Pink silk shirt with long sleeves, elasticized cuffs. Open neckline with thin strings attached to tie at top. White floral ribbon trim creates 2 vertical lines down top front and wraps around the waist. No interior label. Off white skirt with wide waistband and circle patches in floral fabrics. Interior label: "KOOS VAN DER AKKER NEW YORK DEN HAAG"
