  •  If you are requesting photo materials for study or personal use, please use the Study Request Form.
  • Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
  • Upon MFA approval of your project, you will be sent a fee quote including photo materials and any applicable reproduction fees.
  • Upon your acceptance of fees, the MFA must receive payment and a signed MFA contract before photo materials are delivered.
  • The MFA makes no representation that it is the owner of the copyright of the art object depicted in the photo materials and assumes no responsibility for any claims by third parties arising out of your use of the photo materials. You must obtain all other permissions required for your use of the art object and the photo materials.
  • Requests submitted with missing information are subject to delay.

 

Rush Option: A reduced processing time of one week from fee confirmation may be available for an additional $250 fee. Please check "Yes" if you are interested in the rush option.
