De Vesme/Massar 0259, probably iv/iv (see note)
DescriptionThe state of this impression cannot be determined from De Vesme/Massar's description. However, since it is on the same kind of wove paper as 97.1180.4 (De Vesme/Massar 260), which is a fourth state, this is almost certainly a fourth state as well. The number "2" (which appears in all states), in the lower right corner of the margin, has been partially effaced.
