Obverse: Profile bust of Mickiewicz looking to proper right within foliate band; inscribed at edge in band "ADAM MICKIEWICZ" and under bust.
Reverse: Tomb chest of Mickiewicaz at center; inscribed at edge "*O GROB DLAKOSCI NASZYCH W ZIEMI NASZEJ PROSIMY CIE PANIE", on tomb "ADAM MICKIEWICZ/1798-1855", and under tomb "DNIA4.LIPGA 1890/PAM ZLOZ.ZWLOK NA WAWLLU.".
