Circular medal of Albert and Elisabeth, commemorating American relief sent to Belgium in 1914.
Obverse: Two overlapping, profile busts of Albert and Elisabeth looking to right, he in front and wearing military costume and she wearing a tiara; inscribed at edge and on bust.
Reverse: Semi-nude female personification of American generosity, standing at proper right with wheat stalks in her arms, before a nude standing man behind a clothed crouching woman with child at proper left, with an oceanliner steamship in background with an American flag and the inscribed name “RELIEF”; inscribed in French above, at proper left, and below.

Obverse: Inscribed at edge "·LL·MM·ALBERT·et·ELISABETH·" and on bust "G.DEVREESE".
