DescriptionAltar cloth composed of two valances stitched together with design in main fields of lotus and leaf tendrils, butterflies and Eight Buddhist Symbols of good fortune surrounded by borders with repeating floral and Chinese coin motifs embroidered in polychrome silk on a white plain-weave cotton ground; lined with blue plain-weave silk.
