DescriptionThis amulet is of a light blue faience with a glaze. It is flat with a ring at the top and the lower part is missing. The amulet represents the djed-pillar. The pillar, which symbolized the spinal column of the funerary god Osiris, was the hieroglyphic symbol for stability.
