Trimmed to dark pen and ink borderline
On verso is a pen and brown ink drawing of a road entering a forest. It is perpendicular to the recto drawing and occupies only half of the sheet. Additionally, the style is very different from the recto landscape.
Formerly considered a view of Tivoli
