DescriptionBoat-shaped body of wood wrapped with animal skin, held in place by stitching of sinew (?) along back. Two circular soundholes at opposite corners of sound table. Arched neck of wood. Five strings of gut (later addition) attached to lateral tuning pegs of wood and tied to strip of wood running beneath sound table. Paper label glued to bottom of body: No. 28 / 15
