Warp: crimson wool and light neutral cotton. Weft: crimson wool, and light neutral cotton. (The warp almost covers the weft). Design: rectangles of crimson wool each bearing a conventionalized bird or animal woven with light neutral cotton, which alternate in a somewhat irregular manner with similar rectangles in which the colors are reversed. To one corner of the top of the bag a braid of human hair is attached. (Note: may be a composite)
