The jar contains oil. The base is rounded, and the rim is slightly rolled and everted. The lid is disc shaped. The surface is worn. It is complete.
From Nubia, Kerma. 1913: excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Sudan.
