DescriptionPanel probably a bench cover. Worked with polychrome silk threads primarily in tent stitch through a thickness each of green satin and canvas. Background of gold on which is depicted birds and flowering vines. In center is a scene showing figures playing a game (bowling?) amidst landscape and architectural and outlined with gold braid. Good condition although a few spots.
