The obverse depicts a profile portrait of an older Benjamin Franklin, who faces left and is dressed in contemporary clothes. Three small Tudorish roses 000000000000000000punctuate the lettering which surrounds the rim. The obverse is primarily taken over with lettering and a laurel branch which frames a banner of the recipient’s name. Awarded in 1926. Original presentation box.
