Three narrow flounces for neck and sleeves of a gown. The design of baskets of flowers and undulating floral sprays is grounded on the typical Brussels mesh. “This lace is said to have belonged to Mrs. Katherine Johnstone Skinner (married in 1761). See notes filed.”
