Appliqué. Cap(?) Hand made Brussels “réseau” (droschel). Applied to this is a border of leaves and sections of circles filled with “à jours”, down the middle of the cap (?) are sprays of leaves and one rosette-like flower. The midribs of the leaves are woven like the outline of Brussels bobbin lace; the other ribs are made with a heavy thread. The beading that connects the middle and the outer part of the cap are modern.
