A bodice of white cotton net; a high round neck, open down front with hooks at waistband, short cape sleeves; deep cape shaped yoke embroidered with oval dots and flaring bands of stylized leaf design, ruffle with pointed scalloped edge around bottom of yoke, turned back collar in deep points and cape sleeves in deep points all embroidered with design of small quatrefoil blossoms and morning glories, in part worked with white thread, in part mull applique.
