DescriptionFlat, narrow, tapering form has angled sides, the wider end of which has a small ball at its tip. The wider end has also been drilled with three holes. The engraving appears between the two closest to the ball tip, while a third is separated from the first two by a long narrow slit in the bodkin.
InscriptionsEngraved "E * G" at wider end of bodkin in roman letters.
