Massachusetts, Medal, 1888. Light yellow, brown bronze. Smooth edge. OBV: Standing figure of soldier, with epaulets, feather in hat and sash; sword; both hands grasp a long spear. Below- “Robery Keayne. 1st Commander 1838.” and around in two rows:- “in commemoration of the 250th Anniversary of the —- Ancient and Honorbale Artillery Company of Mass.” REV: The seal of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and around it “Ense Petit Placidam and Libertate Quietem 1888”.
