DescriptionThis fragment is the top portion of a bottle of light redware, consisting of a highly constricted folded rim and 2 small loop handles (one mostly broken off and missing).

ProvenanceFrom Meroe, W610. 1923: excavated by the Harvard University-Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Sudan.
