Inscription

First folio begins with: Sura 39, middle of verse 36. Ends with Sura 41, through verse 46.

Colophon records that it was done in the month of Ramadan in 739 (March/April 1339) in Maraghah.

A label affixed to the front of the binding says something about al-Qatari, perhaps an earlier owner.
