Rectangular with cut corners, wide hinge at back. Side and cover striped in white enamel, corners have pendent green bell-flowers on pink; medallion monogrammed MT in two tones of pink on front. Cover set with 19th c. cameos in circles of diamonds between, flanked by pearls, all studded into cover. Thumbpiece a row of tiny diamonds. l. From Cartier, Paris.
