Boy’s cotton dress worn by the donor’s father, Alfred Wilkin, born in McConnellsville, Ohio, in 1833. Printed cotton ombré stripe of neutral yellow shading to brownish purple; very short waist cut on the bias, short sleeves cut on the bias; drawstrings in neck and sleeves.
