This bracelet consists of seven oval Italian cameos of busts of women in profile carved in “lava” stone in different shades. The three cameos to the left have the same carving, but in distinctly different shades - black, greige, and a terracotta color. The other four, in shades of beige and grey, which face them are individualized by their hair and head adornments. The gilt setting has simple bezels. The ovals are set vertically and connected by a single link to the jump rings on the oval. There is a tab closure. Like many tourist items, the cameos may have been purchased in Italy and possibly set in England.
