DescriptionSpyglass fan, white silk connecting ribbon. Seventeen arrow-shaped pierced and gilded horn sticks with floral motif, stick sides serrated, stars at heads, gilt-silver foil decoration, inset steel dots and rings. Spyglass lens set below ribbon, glass in obverse guard (which is, with other guard, of double thickness). Horn button at rivet.
