Twenty-eight pierced light wood sticks with red and white striped connecting ribbon. Obverse: stipple engraved center medallion, allegory of Common Man carrying burden of taxation (Atlas carrying World), Minerva right, clergy left; portraits inscribed “Louis XVI, Roy de France et de Navare” left and “Monsieur Necker, Ministre des Finances” right, pink and gray borders. Reverse: three simple chinoserie medallions, purple heart left, pink oval center, blue diamond right. Painted floral swags below blade shoulders. Piercing outlined primarily in gray.
