Brisé fan with carved and pierced tortoiseshell inner blades with brown silk satin connecting ribbon. Small central medallion with a figure surrounded by many figures employed various tasks, band of bats and floral motifs above. Serrated edges at top of sticks.

Original black lacquer box covered with green silk with black hexagonal design with yellow swastikas and a cardboard and pink silk lining inscribed “Namchong” (?).
