The design of the main strip is outlined with a heavy cord. This is one half of a long piece of buratto, the other half of which is owned by Mrs. Linder’s daughter, Mrs. Godwin. They are exact duplicates with the exception of the figure with hands raised. Lacis or punto a magli, twisted net, Byzantine.
