This redware beaker with almost straight sides has been burnished to create a streaky, almost wavy pattern. Closely spaced incised lines have been applied to the rim.

Bahan. (ASN 17/50). 1907: excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition for the Archaeological Survey of Nubia; awarded to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Egypt.
