Symmetrical, geometric shaped medal of Campanile (bell tower).

Obverse: Piazza of Saint Mark’s with campanile at center and buildings at bottom and behind.

Reverse: Spray of laurel to proper right and inscribed “Come era/e dove erai. Venezia/25 Aprile/1912” and “GIOV. BOTTACIN VENEZIA”.

Inscription

Reverse: Inscribed at edge "[following in cursive script] Come era/e dove erai/[following in roman script]VENEZIA/25 APRILE/1912" and "GIOV. BOTTACIN VENEZIA".
