Slightly draped cupid sits at right on turned block on square plinth, feet over molded edges holding scroll, angular in section which divides to support 3 scallop-edged drip pans and turned sockets which screw into shaped tips. Mate to 941. Marks on base

Markings

Struck on base: 5; RM within beaded circle; male head crowned with laurel leaves, facing right, H/8 at right. Third mark is also struck on each candle nozzle.
