DescriptionCarpet (three widths sewed together). Design and background formed by looped woolen weft. Warp and weft of foundation fabric light neutral colored hemp. Ground of mainfield blue with lighter blue central medallion edged by irregular floral border in red and pink with blue and black outlines. Angular birds and flowers scattered on mainfield. Lighter blue border, with flowering plants in vases and small crowned lions.
