InscriptionsThe arms are those of the See of Oxford impaling those of Secker, as borne by Thomas Secker (1683-1768), Bishop of Oxford from 1738 to 1758. The initials are those of Archibald Phlip Primrose, 5th Earl of Rosebery (1847-1929)
