Flaring lip, bulbous body ornamented in repousse, six panels of conventionalized tulips on matted ground, three rows of punched dots above, two spaced below. Flat depressed bottom (repaired). Two cast scroll handles with bead and leaf ornament.
Pricked in scroll design: BB on one side, ED on other, on latter recent script initials M. LeM.W.
IH jevice below in heart and RS hollow sun above in shaped punch, on bottom
Beriah Bright (b. 1649), m. Isaac Fowle; their grandson Rev. William Smith, m. Elizabeth Quincy, granddaughter of Rev. John and Mary Norton: their daughter Abigail, m.
