From small footband, rim in two stages, spattered blue dashes and crosses on back. Wide blue band of inverted hearts with green, blue, orange and yellow foliate designs, circles of flowers between. Blue girdled center, orange striped broad leaves between narrow green with blue scrolls. Chips on rim.
