DescriptionCircular medal of Charles X (1523-1590), king of France. Beaded rim on both faces.

Obverse: Profile bust of Charles looking to proper right, wearnig a crown with a fleur-de-lis; inscribed at edge "CAROLVS·DECIMVS·FRANCORVUM REX".

Reverse: Crown with fleur-de-lis at center (same crown Charles wears on obverse); inscribed at edge "AVITA·ET·IVS·IN·ARMIS·".
