Ecclesiastical Costume/Embroidery. Chasuble. Flame stitch, lattice-pattern field of lozenge compartments with alternating lozenge and stylized branch motives. Orphrey, larger scale lattice-pattern with geometric and lozenge motives. Polychrome silk yarns; pink and white silk tape defined orphrey front and back. Very good condition. Possibly worked by Miss Elizabeth Day McCormick after Italian/ Spanish designs.
