DescriptionChild's cap of fine white muslin embroidered elaborately with white linen thread in design of interlacing lines forming roughly oval medallions, triangles, and lozenges, in medallions sprays of flowers, curling stems bearing minute cinqfoils spring from interlaces, two ruffles of narrow bobbin lace on forehead band, three on front edge of cap and two on edge of back.
