Child’s double collar with narrow diagonal rows of loops, top piece has a pleat at the center and scalloped edge, bottom piece is triangular with a welt along bottom edge, both pieces trimmed with a mull ruffle embroidered with four rows of dots and a scalloped edge with buttonhole stitching
