Child’s dress made of alternating bands of embroidery and Valenciennes lace, dress with high round neck, long sleeves and long straight waist, skirt pleated below lace double ruffle around dress below waist line, white satin ribbons and bows beloe lace ruffle around neck of dress, beneath yoke, and on sleeves, buttoned down center back.
