Obverse: John the Baptist standing at proper left with staff and raising his hand over Christ who stands at proper right with hands across his chest, while rays of light and dove are above; inscribed at edge "TEN IEST MOJ MILY SYN KTOREGOM SOBIEUPODOBAL", below "I. MANIERT", and in exergue "WARSZAWA".

Reverse: Inscribed above "NA PAMIATKE CHRZTU" and at center in script "Adolfowic Blumberg/od/Matronkow/A.i.E.Paulie/d. 20 Grund.1851". two branches tied below.
