Circular christening medal.

Obverse: Saint John standing at proper left, holding a staff and raising his hand over Christ who stands at proper right, crossing arms across his chest, with long rays and dove above; inscribed at edge “TEN JEST MOJ MILY SYN KTOREGOM SOBIE UPODOBAL” and in exergue “J.HERKNER F”.

Reverse: Inscribed above “NA PAMIATKE/CHRZTU” and at center in script “Dla/Adolli Lopf/Fier/od/K.Tajchert/d.25 Liup 1856” two branches tied together.

Inscription

Obverse: Inscribed at edge "TEN JEST MOJ MILY SYN KTOREGOM SOBIE UPODOBAL" and in exergue "J.HERKNER F".
