One of a set of twenty-nine shaped circular dinner plates, with a shallow depression and a molded rim. The borders are engraved with a German coat-of-arms and a Princely coronet.
Maker's Mark: a crowned fleur-de-lis, two grains, FTG, a fleece, Incomplete (Dennis, 162). Warden's Mark: 1761-1762: a crowned X, Incomplete (Dennis, 75). Other: Countermark used after 1838: parts of insects (Rosenberg, 5929); a smallrectangle, possibly two.
