Circular brisé fan with carved and pierced ivory sticks, white and dark and light blue silk connecting ribbon. Central area filled with many figures employed at various tasks, decorative motif below shoulders, floral motif at heads above ribbon. Design of bats on guards, heads of guards extended to form handle with ring at top to hold fan open. Condition: ribbon splitting, one guard repaired with steel plates on back, one blade reapaired with part of blade from another fan on back.
