Obverse: Laureate, draped, cuirassed bust of Caracalla to right.
Inscription in Greek.
Reverse: Distyle Corinthian temple at left. At right, horned figure (River-God) with himation over left arm and lower body. In his right hand he holds a phiale over a lighted altar, in left a scepter-like object. In field above, eagle flies left.
In exergue: inscription in Greek.
