Obverse: Laureate, draped, cuirassed bust of Macrinus to right.
Inscription in Greek.
Reverse: Aesculapius and Hygeia standing, heads turned to each other. Between them, Telesphoros. Aesculapius holds a serpent-staff in his right hand; Hygeia feeds a serpent from a patera in her left hand.
