Obverse: Laureate, draped, cuirassed bust of Caracalla to right.
Inscription in Greek.
Reverse: At left Ge standing, holding cornucopia, and at right Thalassa holding oar. Both support statue of Caracalla, radiate, with patera and sceptre.
Beneath statue, eagle with wings spread, stands on wreath.
Behind Ge, two ears of corn. Dolphin behind Thalassa.
Inscriptions in Greek around and in exergue.
