A silver comb top made into a barette, teeth of comb sawed off, relief design of small-scale poppies and daffodils.
Once owned by Mary Turner Bruce of Columbia Street, Boston; born in Boston 1811, left Boston at age of 19; worked sampler 35.97 while attendeing the Misses Clark's School for Young Ladies.
